Due to increased activity in the industry, our client – an international company in the food sector – is seeking a Customs Assistant for a 30-hour position, starting in mid-November or December.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and processing customs documentation
- Posting customs duties
- Managing a shared mailbox for customs-related inquiries
- Obtaining missing documentation for customs clearance
- Daily accounting related to inward processing
- Stamping TORO documents (end-use) and returning them to suppliers
- Archiving relevant documents
- Performing various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with customs procedures is an advantage
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
